Reliable and responsive, CDS INC. works in partnership with Canadian securities regulators to enable the efficient and accurate filing and dissemination of securities information.

Incorporated in 1985, CDS INC. served as the Canadian Securities Administrators’ (CSA) partner in the development of the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR®), creating for the first time a nationally harmonized repository for corporate information. Today, CDS INC. continues to provide services to the CSA in support of their virtual national presence. In addition to SEDAR, CDS INC. also supports the System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI®) and the National Registration Database (NRD®) websites and databases.
Leveraging our information technology expertise, we have, in partnership with securities regulators, built and continue to maintain robust, dynamic and harmonized infrastructures for reporting and accessing regulatory information.
CDS INC. is focused on delivering improvements to the capital markets and the public through the services we provide on behalf of the CSA. The SEDAR, SEDI and NRD systems support the transparency, disclosure and governance standards of the Canadian markets and its participants. |
